SOME TIPS
Responsible Gaming is about being in control of your own game by having fun and considering the game only as a form of entertainment, without exceeding your possibilities.
When you start to believe that you can transform playing games into a job, or that you can become rich thanks to it; or when you start thinking that you can actually predict the outcome of your bets; or, if you play to escape your problems, then it is time to reach out for help.
Uncontrolled gambling may have many negative impacts on your family, on your social life and friends, on your health and on your economic well being.
One of our goals is to make you aware of your own limits. Unfortunately, losing is part of the game too and being prepared to accept it is the key to keep control of your playing.
KNOW YOUR LIMITS
Since at Gammix we believe that your ability to play safely is very important, we have set up tools in all our casinos for you to avail of when you feel you need to take a break.
In the limit page of your account you may find:
- Limits to place on the amount that can be deposited over a set period of time
- Limits on the maximum loss/wager per session
- Limits on the amount of time played per session
If you feel that the above limits are not enough you can also request your account to be frozen for specific periods of time:
- 24 hours (1 day)
- 7 days (1 week)
- 1 month
Should you be unable to control your gambling you can decide to take a much longer break or even to permanently self-exclude yourself from all Gammix casinos. Electing for a period of self-exclusion will mean that it will not be possible to reopen your account for periods ranging from six months to five years. In order to request a permanent self-exclusion please send an email to support@scatters.com.
All the limits and restrictions shall become effective immediately after inserting and confirming the settings in your account “Cashier” – “Limits” section on our portal.
SELF ASSESMENT TEST
If you are not sure about your gambling activity please feel free to conduct the GamCare Self-Assessment Test by clicking here.
The assessment consists of statements to evaluate and give a score on a scale of 1-10 according to how much they apply to you. The result will provide you with a breakdown of how gambling is affecting your life and will give you personalised recommendations for your next steps.
